Masks and Gloves

Masks are required for all associates within the hotel and gloves will be available for all of our associates if requested. Our entire team is trained on the importance of wearing protective equipment, and will be taking precautions to provide a safe environment for our guests.

Frequent hand-washing as well as overall hand hygiene is vital to keep you and the community safe. We keep hand sanitizer and sanitizing stations readily available for our staff members.

Public Spaces

We have increased interval cleaning protocols in all public areas with attention to disinfecting high touch areas and surfaces such as soda machine buttons, doorknobs,  light switches, handles, phones, handrails, guest laundry facilities, and ice machines.

During check-in, social distancing guidelines will be followed including the use of sneeze guards at the front desk. 

Remote check out will be encouraged with key drop stations in the lobby.

Guest Rooms

To minimize direct contact with housekeeping staff, your room will not be serviced during the stay. Should you need anything during your stay, supplies and room amenities are available at the front desk.

No reusable materials will be stored in your room. 

Upon check-out, guest rooms will undergo an enhanced sanitization protocol performed and inspected by our Cleanliness Specialist.
